Checking the Adobe Connect Add-in version

Please follow the steps below to find what version of the Adobe Connect Add-in is installed on your computer.

1. Log into your GLT Connect classroom
2. Go to the top right of the classroom and click on Help

3. In the Help Menu, click on About Adobe Connect

4. A new window should appear showing you information about Adobe Connect

5. Look for the line that says Adobe Connect application version:
6. The letters and numbers after this is the version that is installed on your computer
7. If you do not have this line or see something else that mentions flash, this means you either do not have the add-in installed or the add-in is not loading for you
