If you or your student is hearing an echo and you see the name appear twice, you should remove the duplicate to get rid of the echo.
- Have the person hearing the echo talk so you see which name is actually theirs. You will see the microphone appear next to the real name.
- Select the name that did not have the microphone appear next to it.
- With the duplicate selected, go to the hamburger menu on the top right of the attendees pod
- In the menu, select Remove Selected User
- The duplicate name will now disappear along with the echo.
