ARCHIVE: GLT Engage Ongoing Sessions Issues

Go to the “Sessions” TAB look for that date under “All sessions “and click on that session if status is Ongoing. Click the Close afterwards, ADJUST the "Date, start time and End time" to match what you scheduled before otherwise the system will capture the real time.
